Fruit Hampers for Weddings & Roka in Delhi NCR
In Delhi a wedding card is rarely delivered on its own. Something goes with it — and a hamper of imported fruit is one of the few things a family can send that is opened the same day, shared by everyone in the house, and does not end up in a cupboard until January.

Gifts for the invitation round
This is the order most families come to us for. Fifty, eighty, sometimes a hundred and twenty hampers, each carried to a house with the card.
For an invitation round we usually suggest the Fruit & Dates Cane Box at ₹2,400. It is a closed, cane-panelled box, so it travels in a car boot without anything shifting, and the 500 g of Kimia dates inside keep for months — which matters when you have no idea whether the house will be empty when you arrive.
Where the list is shorter and the families closer, the Fruit & Dates Gift Tray at ₹2,500 is open, so the whole arrangement is visible the moment the door opens.
Roka, sagai and shagun
A roka is a smaller, more personal occasion, and the hamper usually needs to look like it was chosen rather than ordered.
For the girl’s or boy’s family we would send the Classic Fruit Basket (₹2,800) or the Luxury Gold Hamper (₹3,500) — both carry Medjoul dates rather than Kimia, which is the difference most people can actually taste. For the ceremony itself, where the gift sits on a table and is looked at, The Luxe Wood Crate at ₹4,200 is the one.
Fruit also sidesteps a problem mithai has: nobody has to worry about whether the other family eats sugar, or when the box was made.
How a wedding order works
Tell us the number and the date. Message +91 99999 11787 on WhatsApp with how many hampers, which ceremony, and when they need to arrive.
Minimum ten hampers for a bulk order. Below that, order individually from the shop at normal prices.
Give us a week. The fruit is bought in for your order rather than pulled off a shelf, so volume needs at least seven days. During wedding season — November to February — give us more.
Ask for a sample. We will pack one exactly as it will go out so you can see it before committing to eighty. Samples are charged at the normal price; we would rather you saw it than took our word.
Cards and names. Each hamper can carry a printed card and a sticker, so it arrives as yours rather than ours.
One address or many. We can deliver the whole order to one house for you to distribute, or split it across addresses in Delhi NCR.
When to order for wedding season
Delhi’s main wedding season runs November to February, with a second stretch from April to July.
Two things get harder in season. Premium imported fruit is bought weeks ahead by everyone at once, so the varieties that make a hamper worth giving are the first to go. And the days around the big muhurat dates are when every family in the city wants delivery.
Book the date as soon as you have it. We would rather hold a slot for you and adjust the count later than tell you in November that the fruit is spoken for.
Why fruit instead of mithai or dry fruit
A box of mithai is often passed on to the next house unopened, and everyone knows it. A tin of assorted dry fruit gets put in a cupboard and opened months later.
Fresh fruit gets eaten, usually within the week, usually by everyone in the home including the people who are avoiding sugar. For an invitation round, where the point is to be remembered kindly by a hundred families, that is the only thing that actually matters.
It is also the one gift where quality is obvious on sight. Imported fruit looks like what it cost.
