These Terms & Conditions govern your use of frutanza.in and any order you place with us. By using the website or ordering, you accept these terms.
1. Who we are
Frutanza is a consumer brand operated by P K OVERSEAS (Proprietorship), Delhi — GSTIN 07AWUPB0906G1ZO, FSSAI Licence 13321999000328, a licensed importer and trader of fruits and vegetables.
2. Products, pricing & availability
- We sell fresh and imported fruits and related products. As these are natural, perishable goods, exact size, colour, weight and appearance may vary; pack weights shown are approximate.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and offers may change without notice.
- Products are subject to availability and seasonal supply. We may limit quantities or decline/cancel an order (with a full refund) where necessary.
3. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation message acknowledges receipt; the contract is formed when we accept and dispatch your order. We may cancel an order due to stock, pricing errors, delivery-area limits, or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount paid.
4. Delivery
We deliver across Delhi and serviceable parts of NCR. Serviceability and delivery charges are confirmed by your address at checkout. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for timings and charges.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net-banking and wallets) and/or by Frutanza Wallet credit. We do not store your card or bank details.
6. The Frutanza Wallet (store credit)
The Frutanza Wallet is a closed-loop store-credit facility for your convenience. By topping up or using it, you agree that:
- Wallet credit can be used only to buy products on Frutanza. It is not a payment instrument, deposit, or e-money, and carries no interest.
- Wallet credit is non-transferable (usable only by the account it belongs to) and non-refundable and non-withdrawable to cash or bank — it cannot be redeemed for money.
- Any bonus credit added on top-ups is a promotional incentive with no cash value and is non-refundable.
- We hold wallet balances as store credit against future purchases, not as customer funds available on demand.
- We may correct, freeze or reverse wallet balances in cases of error, misuse, fraud or chargeback.
Cancellation refunds may, at your choice or ours, be issued as Frutanza Wallet credit — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Coupons & offers
Coupons and discounts are subject to their own conditions (minimum order, validity, eligibility, one-time use, etc.), cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. We may cancel orders and offers obtained through misuse.
8. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and delivery information and be reachable at delivery.
- Use the website lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, defraud or misuse it.
- Check perishable items at the time of delivery (see the refund policy for reporting issues).
9. Intellectual property
The Frutanza name, logo, website content, images and design are owned by us and may not be copied or used without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
