This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use frutanza.in, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to this policy.

Who we are

Frutanza is a consumer brand operated by P K OVERSEAS, a proprietorship registered in Delhi (GSTIN 07AWUPB0906G1ZO, FSSAI Licence 13321999000328). In this policy, “we”, “us” and “Frutanza” refer to this business.

Information we collect

• Contact & delivery details — your name, mobile number, delivery address, and any delivery instructions you provide.
• Location — with your permission, the delivery location (GPS coordinates) you set at checkout, used only to confirm serviceability and calculate delivery.
• Order & wallet activity — items ordered, order history, coupons used, reviews you post, and Frutanza Wallet balance and transactions.
• Payment information — payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
• Device & usage data — your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site you arrived from, and cookies / local storage used to keep your cart, login and preferences.
• Advertising identifiers — if you reach us from an advertisement, we record the click identifiers passed to us by the advertising platform (for example Meta’s fbclid, fbp and fbc, and Google’s gclid) together with campaign details, so we can tell which advertisements lead to orders.

How we use your information

• To process, pack, deliver and support your orders.
• To send order and delivery updates (via WhatsApp, push notification, SMS or email) and one-time passwords for wallet login.
• To operate the Frutanza Wallet, coupons, reviews and loyalty features.
• To improve our products, service and website, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
• To send occasional offers — only where permitted; you can opt out any time.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with the service providers who help us operate: our payment partner Razorpay; our delivery riders and courier partners (Shiprocket and Borzo), who receive the name, phone number and address needed to deliver your order; Meta (WhatsApp) for order updates and one-time passwords; and Google and Meta for the website analytics and advertising measurement described below. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.

Payment security

Online payments are handled on Razorpay’s PCI-DSS-compliant platform. Card and bank details are entered directly with the payment gateway and are never stored on our servers.

Advertising & measurement

We advertise Frutanza on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, and we measure which of those advertisements lead to orders. To do that:

• Our website loads the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics and Google Ads tags, which set cookies and report your activity on our site to Meta and Google.
• When you place an order, our server also sends a purchase event to Meta’s Conversions API. It includes the order value and your name, phone number and email address in hashed form (scrambled so they cannot be read directly), which Meta uses to match the order to an advertisement.
• We also share your name, phone number and email address with Google in hashed form (Google Customer Match) so that we can show Frutanza advertisements to existing customers, or exclude them from advertisements meant for new customers. You can ask us to stop this at any time at admin@frutanza.in.
• These platforms may combine that information with data they already hold about you, and use it to show you advertisements.

None of this happens in our iOS app. We do not track you in the app. The Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag are all switched off inside the app, no advertising or analytics cookies are set there, orders placed in the app are not sent to Meta’s Conversions API, and customers who order through the app are excluded from Google Customer Match. Everything described in this section applies to the frutanza.in website only.

On the website you can decline non-essential cookies using the banner shown on your first visit; if you do, we switch off advertising and analytics storage.

Cookies & local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to remember your cart, delivery address, wallet session and preferences, and to measure site usage. You can clear these in your browser settings, though some features may then stop working.

Data retention

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your account data (subject to records we must retain by law) by writing to us.

Your choices & rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing messages, by emailing admin@frutanza.in. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our service is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its “Last updated” date, is always available on this page.
