Diwali Fruit Hampers & Corporate Gifting in Delhi NCR

Diwali falls on Sunday 8 November 2026, with the festival running from 6 to 10 November. If you are sending hampers to clients, staff or family, the decision that matters is not which hamper — it is when you place the order.

Order by late October, and here is why

Every premium fruit that arrives in Delhi in the last week of October is already spoken for. Importers commit weeks ahead, and the varieties that make a hamper worth giving — Medjoul, Shine Muscat, gold kiwi, blueberries — are the first to be claimed.

We can pack a hamper in a day. We cannot conjure fruit that was never bought in. Place corporate orders by late October and we buy against your order rather than hoping.

The other reason is the road. In the three days before Diwali, Delhi traffic makes a hundred-address delivery run genuinely difficult. Orders placed early get delivery windows that actually hold.

Which hamper for corporate gifting

Work back from the budget per head, not from the catalogue.

Up to ₹1,600 — the Petite Fruit Basket (₹1,500, seven fruits) or the Everyday Fruit Basket (₹1,600, eight fruits, veiled). Both read as a proper gift rather than a token.

₹2,400 to ₹2,500 — this is where most corporate orders land. The Fruit & Dates Cane Box (₹2,400) is the usual choice at volume: a closed cane-panelled box, so it survives a car boot and a lift, with 500 g of Kimia dates that keep for months if the recipient is away. The Gift Tray (₹2,500) is the open version, better where it will be set down on a desk.

₹2,800 and above — for clients rather than staff. The Classic Fruit Basket (₹2,800) and Luxury Gold Hamper (₹3,500) carry Medjoul instead of Kimia, which is the difference people actually taste. The Luxe Wood Crate (₹4,200) is the one that gets kept after the fruit is gone.

How a Diwali order works

Message +91 99999 11787 on WhatsApp with the number of hampers, your budget per head, and the delivery date.

Minimum ten hampers for bulk pricing and handling. Below that, order individually from the shop.

Ask for a sample. We pack one exactly as the order will go out, charged at the normal price. For an eighty-hamper order that is a sensible ₹2,400 to spend before committing.

Cards and branding. Each hamper takes a printed card and a sticker, so it arrives as your company’s gift rather than ours. Send the wording when you confirm.

One address or many. Deliver the whole order to your office for internal distribution, or split it across client addresses in Delhi NCR.

Why fruit rather than mithai or a dry-fruit tin

Three reasons, and the third is the one people do not say out loud.

It gets eaten. A box of mithai is frequently passed on to the next house unopened. A tin of assorted dry fruit goes into a cupboard and surfaces in January. Fresh fruit is finished within the week.

Nobody has to decline it. Diabetic clients, people avoiding sugar, families mid-fast — a fruit hamper is the one gift that does not put anyone in an awkward position.

Quality is visible. With mithai and dry fruit the recipient cannot tell what you spent. Imported fruit looks like what it cost, which for client gifting is the entire point.

Dhanteras, Diwali and the days around it

Dhanteras falls on Friday 6 November 2026 and is when a good deal of corporate gifting is actually delivered — it is considered auspicious to receive, and it takes the pressure off the two days before Diwali itself.

If you are sending to offices rather than homes, aim for 4 to 6 November. Many workplaces wind down after Dhanteras and a hamper arriving on the 7th finds an empty desk.

Frequently asked questions

When is Diwali in 2026?
Diwali falls on Sunday 8 November 2026. The festival runs from 6 to 10 November, with Dhanteras on Friday 6 November.
When should I place a corporate Diwali order?
By late October. Premium imported fruit arriving in Delhi in the final week of October is committed weeks in advance, so ordering early is what secures the varieties rather than what secures the packing.
What is the minimum order for corporate gifting?
Ten hampers for bulk pricing. Below that you can order individually from the shop, with same-day delivery across Delhi NCR before 3 PM.
Which hamper do most companies choose?
The Fruit and Dates Cane Box at ₹2,400. It is a closed box so it travels well to offices, and the 500 g of Kimia dates keep for months if the recipient is on leave.
Can hampers carry our company branding?
Yes. Each hamper takes a printed card and a sticker. Send us the wording on WhatsApp when you confirm the order.
Can you deliver to multiple client addresses?
Yes, across Delhi NCR. We can also deliver the whole order to your office for internal distribution. Tell us which when you place the order.
Can we see a hamper before ordering in bulk?
Yes. We pack a single hamper exactly as the order will go out, charged at the normal price rather than given free, which is also why it is packed properly.
