Corporate Fruit Gifting in Delhi NCR
The hampers are on the gift hampers page and the festive timings are on the Diwali page. This page is for the part that usually decides whether a corporate order actually happens — invoicing, approvals and lead time.

GST invoice and who you are buying from
Frutanza is the trading name of P K OVE₹EAS, a registered proprietorship.
GSTIN 07AWUPB0906G1ZO
FSSAI licence 13321999000328
Registered address Block B, New Subzi Mandi, Azadpur, New Delhi 110033
Every order is invoiced with GST and the invoice carries your company name and GSTIN, so it goes through as a business expense rather than a reimbursement. Send us your billing details with the order and the invoice is issued against them.
Fresh fruit and dates are taxed differently from packaging and delivery, so the invoice itemises them separately. Nothing is bundled to make a number look tidier than it is.
Purchase orders, approvals and payment
We accept a purchase order and can quote formally before you raise one. Send the hamper, the quantity and the delivery date and you get a written quote you can attach to an approval.
Payment is by UPI, bank transfer, credit card, debit card or netbanking. For a first order we ask for payment before dispatch, simply because the fruit is bought in specifically for you and cannot be resold if the order changes.
If your finance process needs a proforma invoice, a vendor form completed, or payment on delivery against a PO, say so early rather than the week of. Most of it is straightforward; none of it is fast if it starts three days before Diwali.
Lead time by order size
This is the part most people underestimate. We do not hold stock for hampers — the fruit is bought against your order.
10 to 25 hampers — about a week.
25 to 75 — ten days, and longer in festive weeks.
75 to 200 — two weeks, and the delivery date needs fixing at the point of order rather than later.
Above 200 — talk to us before you promise a date internally. It is doable; it is not doable at short notice.
In the fortnight before Diwali or the peak wedding dates, add a week to all of the above.
Budget per head, and what changes at each step
Rather than a catalogue, the useful question is what you have per recipient.
₹1,500 to ₹1,600 — the Petite or Everyday basket. Seven or eight fruits. Reads as a real gift, not a token, and works for larger staff lists.
₹2,400 to ₹2,500 — where most corporate orders sit. The Cane Box is the volume choice: closed, so it survives a car boot and a lift, and its 500 g of Kimia dates keep for months if the recipient is on leave.
₹2,800 to ₹4,200 — for clients rather than staff. Medjoul dates instead of Kimia, and at ₹4,200 a wooden crate that stays on the shelf after the fruit is gone.
A mixed order is normal: the Cane Box for the team, the Gold Hamper for the ten accounts that matter.
Branding, and what we will not do
Each hamper carries a printed card and a sticker with your wording, so it arrives as your company’s gift. Send the text when you confirm.
What we will not do is print your logo onto the fruit, or wrap a hamper so heavily that the fruit is invisible. Both are available elsewhere and both defeat the reason for sending fruit in the first place.
We also will not substitute a variety without telling you. If a fruit does not arrive to standard that week, you get a call and a choice, not a quiet swap.
Delivery to one address or two hundred
Two ways to run it.
To your office — the whole order on one delivery, for your team to distribute. Simplest, and what most companies choose for staff gifting.
Split across addresses — we deliver to individual client or employee addresses across Delhi NCR. Send a spreadsheet with names, addresses, phone numbers and which hamper each receives. Deliveries are photographed on handover.
Outside Delhi NCR we do not deliver fresh fruit, and we would rather tell you now than take the order.
Ask for a sample first
For any order above about twenty hampers, ask us to pack one exactly as the order will go out.
It is charged at the normal price rather than given free. That is deliberate: a free sample is a marketing exercise, a paid one is the actual product. For an eighty-hamper order, ₹2,400 to see precisely what your clients will receive is the cheapest part of the decision.
